At 160#s my suspension feels a little stiff. Which setting will work best at my wieght? What about preload in the rear? Will the suspension get softer as I break the bike in? Any advise will be appreciated.

 

I am 240 poounds, and the 700 is stiff for me. You can set the front and rear suspensions to their softest settings, but if you really want to make a change you will have to buy new springs.
