roofer,

I have KVF400-012 gel seat cover camo. Did you unstaple and remove your factory seat cover to put it on?

I didn't take anything apart. I slipped it on over the seat. I wonder what the difference would be except for color. According to the Kawi accessories book, they should fit the same machines.

Welp, I got my stuff in yesterday and today after I washed the 650 I put one of the two gel seats I ordered.

It fits fine, you can't snap-in the forward most strap but it doesn't seem to make a difference in fitting without it snapped in.

I took a picture of it on there, I'll take another picture up closer tomorrow so you can see.

I got to say though, from very quick first impressions I'm sure glad I didn't spend $100 or so on one of these, they aren't that much softer than the stock seat. Maybe it takes time for it to get soft, dunno.

They are still there, you just wasn't looking very closely.

Here are the links for the realtree gel seat.

The Realtree is at the top of the page.
Realtree Prairie 400 Gel Seat

It looks like they are out of the gray gel seat. I don't see it listed anymore, perhaps it has switched pages. It was listed on Page 9.

You might want to grab some of those shocks covers since they are fairly cheap. $4.95 for front pair, $2.95 for rear.

what is wrong with me......lol I just can't get my camo one all the way on, it works like it is but I just can't get it to go over the bottom part of the seat at the place where your leg rubs it. In fact I broke the front strap off the seat off pulling on it trying to get it over. I also could get the rear strap to snap.

I still think its worth $10 but that's about the right price, but I can't believe people were paying over $100.00 for this.

Also, the realtree camo on the seat cover is an exact match for the real tree camo on the P650 handle bar bag.

Umm, you sure you are putting it on in the right place on the front. It just slips over the very front of seat, it doesn't slip over the plastic part that slides into the plastics by the air filter. I'll take a picture of it and post it back on here.
