I am not sure what the sizes are, but I did see that Rocky Mt. ATV has a dial a jet kit for it now.

The factory service manual should tell you.

Surely the company that makes the pipe would have a jetting recommendation with the testing they have done. I would call them for a baseline.

Let me know how you like the duals. I am also anxiously awaiting the aftermarket rage....

On another forum A guy who has the HMF duals already said he is running 142/148 mains as that is what HMF put in it. Which would be 3 sizes bigger than stock. If i remember correctly stock was 135/140.

Thanks for your help Guys

I was finally able to speak with HMF today ..... and Mtecate4g is correct ... stock is 135 and 140

HMF told me the developed an addional 7 hp at the rear wheels with the dual system.. (with 142
and 145 jets and a stock air box.)

I already have a dial-a-jet system on this quad... so I think I will use their 142/145 jets and
then open the air box up some more.

Thanks again..... now I just need to decide if I want brushed alum. cans tomorrow..... or
Kawi green cans next Friday ?????

Hmmmm..... jets are pretty close to the P-650, huh? Order them from www.buykawasaki.com for @$6/EA.

OK ... I am still waiting for my dual exhaust system .... but I decided to
change the jets in anticipation ..................

I installed a 142 in the front and 144 in the rear ..... and have a set of
dail-a-jets on top ( worth about 2 jet sizes )

This machine loves the increased amount of fuel !!!! no black smoke ...
no flat spots ..... and it encreased the mid range power to a noticable
amount ! It always wheelies easy from standing start .... but now it
will lift the front easier if you jab it at about 25 mph ! I love this machine

next week ...... dual exhaust .... and maybe larger jets.

PS .... these jets are really easy to change ! you do not have to remove
the carbs !
