Hey all...we have been hav'n a *discussion* in the suzuki forum on what is better...2 or 4 strokes...so i made up a poll to see what the majority has to say! Check it out...and cast your vote! Thanks!

 

I would much rather have a 4 stroke. If 2 strokes were that popular for 4 wheelers, there would be more of them. But I can't imagine such a thing as a 2 stroke sport/utility or utility quad. The 2 strokes have their places and some people want them, but I wouldn't. And I'm one of those that doesn't like the sound of the 2 stroke.

 

I love the sound of a 2-stroke; there's nothing that sounds more like "fast"! For a 4x4, the torque of a 4-stroke is more practical. For the number of 2-strokes being currently manufactured, there are proportionately quite a few 2-strokes on the track and trail. If it wasn't for the 2-strokes being regulated out of existence, there would be alot more being built today. A V-Force with a 700cc 2-stroke twin! Now there would be a nasty trail machine!

 

I like two strokes, madd power capability. But they just dont seem to last long.

 

I like both but if it was to be explained:

60% 4 stroke

40% 2 stroke

 

Ditto on the 40-60

 

I like the sound of a two stroke better than must 4's. But the sound of a V twin sounds best. Especially if it has dual exhaust[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
