Default 23 inch Paddles on Vforce?

I just got my Vforce and cant wait to get to the dunes. I have a set of 23" 9 paddle extream haulers that fit on 12" rims. The rims are back ordered so I have to wait. It seems like most people are getting 22" on 10" rims.

Are there any negatives to running my existing tires on new rims?

Hey, I think they would work great! AND look awesome too on the 12" rims.. well, do you think you need to get some 12" fronts to match, maybe you have those already...
But I think that the 23s would rip.. the high horsepower Banshees that we see running the fastest at our local ride area use those "snow only" cross v tires that actually enlarge diameter when they are spinning rapidly.. so they start at 22 and look like they blow up to like 24 when they are spinning at 50mph. Me personally, If I was looking at a set of paid for extreme haulers, I would use em.. If you dont, let us know, Im sure somebody on here would like to use em if you dont.

Good luck!!

If you already have the tires, I don't see why you shouldn't use them. The problem will be getting them off the old wheel and onto the new. Don't know what a dealer would charge to mount them, but a tire store usually will not do it. I was desperate for wheels to fit the 700 and found a machine shop who would machine the wheels from another ATV to match the hub of my set already mounted. The cost of machining would be about $80, which is cheaper than buying another set, but I finally found a place that had some wheels in stock and so I bought their last set for about the same money. Add in the new tires and shipping, and it would have been cheaper to machine a set I already had.

I think the 12" will look cool on there. I've seen them on Banshees and they are tough. Let us know what you do.

I talked to the parts guy at the store where I bought my bike and he is having trouble finding spun al. 12" rims. So far he says he can only find cast which weigh 7 - 8 # per tire compared to 2 - 3 for a spun one. Does anyone know of a company that makes spun 12"?
