After setting valve clearance on a 01 mojave, I checked the cam to plug firing and it appears to be firing 180 degrees off from where it should. It is firing the plug just before the intake valves open. This is a low hour machine and has never been apart. Just wondering if maybe the factory assembled it wrong or if anyone else has ever seen anything like this. The bike has been hard to start and had no more power than a 185 big red since it was new. Any ideas?
