650 cvt sensor problem

650 cvt sensor problem
my new battery cables running from my winch to my battery got against my head pipe and fried my battery. after replacing my battery, my belt light is flashing. do i really have to load this thing up and drag it all the way to the dealer or is there a way i can reset it at home?
