back fire v force kfx 700

Default back fire

i just picked up my new kfx 700 and it back fires after letting off the gas quickly after puching it. has any one else had this problem?. the dealer contacted kawasaki and they said the had no ider and to see if the problem could be driven out wich i higly doubt

Mine crackles a bit under the same kind of situation, though mine is running the HMF dual exhaust and might be a tad lean on the bottom.

Not sure about the stock setup...

You can try adjusting the idle up a little. I turned idle way down on mine and noticed more backfiring. Turned it back up and it pretty much went away.

Mine did the same thing too. I adjusted the air screws and it doesnt do it any more.
