Tomorrow... New V-FORCE?
#1
Well, after calling about every dealer in the local michigan area.... i found one for $6500 after tax, title, doc fee, and ORV sticker. so that's about $6080 for the quad. plus, they'll go half on a entended 3 year warranty for the quad since it's a new brand, they really don't want unsatisfied customers in the long run they say. So i'm picking it up for $6700 tomorrow. I could of gotten either color, but after seeing the green in person, i'm going with it. I don't think i'll care for the orange in 5 years when i'm in my mid thirty's.
What does everyone think? Good deal or what? some dealers wouldn't budge off the MSRP price, and some just had a set price a of a hundred or two hundred below MSRP. I'm a big guy at 6'4" and 300#, so i'm hoping the kawasaki does in fact build these quads well. shifting through trails will be a thing of the past for me, and i can't wait for the sand dunes.... and i can't wait to race my brothers 03 cannondale cannibal... if it's as fast off the line that people say it is, i'll just race him the first hundred or two hundred feet and call it quits... can't wait to see the look on his face. lol

Congrates Msujon71.
You got a better deal than I did. Mine was $6300 plus tax ..... = $6740 without any extended warranty.
Ohhhhh.... You picked the correct color ! We all know that the green ones are the fastest

Go with the deal...it's good. mine was almost 7K after all was said and done. The green is good everybody knows that green plastic is lighter and more aerodynamic than orange. I finally got my pipes and jetting squared away..the people at HMF ROCK..great product, great service, sounds like a hog even with the hunter's baffles in and it screams.........you'll be so happy you'll feel guilty.

Got it today... love it... i think the green is faster. lol
anyways, there's quite a bit of bad smell coming from the quad. that smell seems to be burnoff of pipe and breaking in of the belt. This is normal right? I'm assuming it is the burning in of the pipe and breaking in of the belt. there was even a little smoke coming from the motor area, nothing heavy, just barely noticeable. I don't see any leaks or anything on the twin cylinders or oil anywhere.. so i'm assuming it's what i'm guessing. your guys opinions?
thanks

Congrats man, sounds like a great deal! The smell is normal and won't last long. It'll take that 'dale for the first 50-80' or so, but when he hits 3rd it's all over. I know cause my bro' got me.
The green IS faster.
