Looking for some help or ideas on what to try. I have a 2000 Dinli T-rex that was due for a rebuild. So I purchased a new cylinder kit 54mm, Carb oko 28mm w/power jet and intake w/reeds. Since I have reassambled the quad it won't run. I can get it to start sometimes but it won't idle and when you push the throttle it dies. It has a stock exhaust and a pod filter. The jets are stock (whatever came in it). I have had the carb apart several times with no luck. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks.

 

Well I pulled the jets out of the carb and I believe the main is a #130 and the pilot is a #48. I'm not an expert on this but those seem to be a little bit to big for a 90cc with only a modified intake and stock exhaust?????
