I have a SunL Falcon 110cc atv for my children. 4 stroke auto transmission. I bought it used a few months ago. It was (still is) beat up a little. My 6yr old son and I have been repairing it. It has been a great learning experience for him.

He has graduated from running it around the yard and the field to learning the trail in the woods.

There are a few small hills. On the way back home (on flat ground) the atv lost power and stalled. The engine starts back up but when hitting the throttle the engine bogs down and the atv barely moves. When pushing it will move some. Once at the garage the atv smells like burning rubber.

The next day it appears to run good again until it is hot. I am going to try to adjust the clutch but from what I have read this will help if the engine revs but will not move. In this case the engine bogs not over revs.

Any thoughts?
