I have a raptor 50, i have put new gas, changed oil, cleaned carb and put new ignition in and it wont start. When i pull the spark plug out of the hole to the motor but leave it in the other part and when i try to start it i see no spark, does that mean the sparkplug is bad. When the plug is in it just makes a whining noise like the starter is turning but it seems like it is the spark plug or the carb, I really need some help
