I picked up a fairly decent used Kazuma mini falcon 90 for my 5 year old to ride with me, it runs ok however it likes to die alot so I purchased a new carb for it and I noticed upon instalation that there is a small black hose coming off the intake manifold that goes to an aditional body that has a reed valve, diaphram and another hose to the breather filter box. What is this for and can it be removed and plug the port on intake manifold and plug the port that fed from the engine case? I am told that this set up was the old way to keep from backfiring and the model after did not have this set up. Please advise... Thanks to anyone that can help.
