what is the fastest 90cc quad out there (stock)

 

Absolutely stock it is the DRR 90. Next is the Dinli Diamondback. I would guess the Suzuki to be next. Cut the pink wire on a Honda and it is the fastest. Change the sprocket on the DRR and it is King again. Put a pipe on the Dinli and it is all over with. Above these things it is more a matter of money and building experience.

 

Tommy DRR90 stock is faster then a stock LT80? You sure about that? When my kids LT80 was stock I never once saw any other brand beat it at our riding club. But I have never seen a DRR90.

 

Yeah I'm sure about that, but in stock form we are only talking small differences.

 

lt80 it it may not be a 90 but the thing goes 48 with a k&n filter

 

Whats the pink wire do?

 

You ask me about stock for stock. The pink wire is a ground that is sent to the cdi once the TRX is in 4th gear. Once you cut it, the machine will not be limited in 4th gear. Jon is one of the best engine builders but even he will not make a claim like that. Think about half of that would be about right.

 

I was looking at a new Dinli 90 Diamond back today. They was asking $1599. I think thats a great deal. I was checking out the Pred 90, but decided against it. To much buck for what you get. The dealer was strong on the E-Ton 90. He had the Dinli in stock. But suggested that I wait for the E-T0n 04 ($1699) to come in. Guys I really hate having to make decisions. Between the E-Ton and the Diamond back. Which one. Thanks.

 

Get the Diamondback, your kid will love it. The only down side to the Diamondback is the rear suspension travel but there is a solution out there. Just can't talk about it here.

 

well i got my money on the sportrax 90. i rode one that had the pink wire cut (jus for laughs) and it moved pretty good. we put an air filter and cleaned the carb (dirty for a year old bike) and it would run with a couple of bigger quads (bayou 220 & 250, and quad runner 160). if ur kid wants a fast bike and u think he could handle it i would try a blaster tho unless he plans on racing.
