Default 2004 eton Viper Exhaust Kit's

Has anybody installed a high performance exhaust kit on their eton viper 50. I have
been searching the internet and had not luck finding anything. I think WRH has an exhaust
kit for the viper 90, not sure if it will fit the 50.

Second Question: Has anybody found the green throttle limiter wire on their 2004 viper 50. It
seems like the all the posting I read are finding the green wire behind the screen on the 2003.
I have not bothered to take a look yet.

Can't find the green wire on the 2004's. Have found some exhausts. Try Robs Racing. will post others when I get them. Also try poliniusa.com.

I don't know if they changed it for the 04,but on the 03 the cdi box is behind the front left fender.
Take it out the rubber boot its in and it will have a single green wire that comes out the box and back in.Its about 2 inches long.Cut and vroom!!!!!!!!!

Cool, I just need to get up in there and take a look. Thanks for the detail though. I will post
something back up either way.

I found on my 2004. It was just where you said it was. On the front left hand side of the bike. Took off the
front plastic peace/grill. It is about 2"x3"x1". Just pulled off the rubber around it and there it was on the back side.
The machine goes about 5-10 mph faster on the top end. However, I had to re-adjust the carburator and it
doesn't seem to run as smoth. No big deal just something you might want to be aware of if you are thinking
about doing this. I am still looking for a good exhaust system for this quad.

WRH, Peak and Hetricks all have good pipes.

There is only two pipes made for that machine. The Ex-Pipe and the WRH pipe. The others out there are made for a Kasea and you will have to cut the battery box out of the plastic to make them fit. Either the WRH or the Ex is a good pipe.

Thanks for the info. I think I am going to go with the WRH pipe. It still requires that you remove the oil injection
and move the battery on the 2004 viper 50. How can I get more information on the other pipe. The Ex-Pipe. Do
they have a website or something?
