Yes the wilds are rich from the factory, or at least the needle is way off. The LTR jet kit and power valve cover are money well spent. Those parts are on my gas gas 250 xc as well. i'll have to concur about the jetting, I put the LTR jet kit in & PV cover on and like the results. talking with Les at LTR the kit is just a little lean for dunes riding (need to raise the needle one position & go 2 sizes bigger on the main), but it is perfect for MX. the LTR case saver is an investment worth having as well.

MXMike- did you get to ride a 300 yet?

Nailed- keep us updated with what Les comes up with for the quads, when i was over there he said Doma is considering building a pipe.

Mickey- 6 sets of arms? is each set slightly different? what have your findings been? (can you say?)

 

Mike where in Louisiana can i get a view and sit on ride for the Wild ? I'm trying to talk the wife into a second ride and give her the Dale . i'd really like to check out the Wild 450 .

 

After looking at those pics I have one question:

Why do they bother with fenders at all?? The tires are waaaaaayyyyy outside the fenders.

 

No I haven't had a chance to run it yet.I will be at the Hattisburg,MS. AX race this Saturday.There will be a 300 there and I can hook you up with a ride.I probley will not race it because I have no seat time on it.Who knows if I jump on it and feel right at home maybe I will.There should be a good turn out for the quad $$$$$$ class.It should be fun.Eather way I should get a ride on a 300 this weekend.

 

Damn i'll be 1/2 way there but not going that far , The family and i are gonna be at the riverwalk doing a group function this weekend. I'd sure like to hook up with you one day out at the races and shoot the bull . Maybe at the Dunes ???

Yeah the Dunes in N Louisiana do suck ......Maybe one day out at Bonne carrie Spilway i head down to see family in N.O . often ...the 450 needs to be in my garage LOL , thats a beast i'm tired of reading about and ready to try out . I'm not the racer you are but i guess i can get on out and tear up something one day .
