verify that you spark plug is firing, check the gas and oil, check to make sure the fuel line doesnt have
a kink in it, check the hose comming out of the gas cap, make sure it also isnt kinked

check the new plug for flooding, make sure the gap is set correct, check the fuel filter, make sure the
air filter is clean, and check the exhaust making sure it isnt stopped up

To test if you have a fuel problem, simply remove the spark plug, pour in about a tablespoon of fuel, install the plug and give it a good kick on the starter. If it sputters like it was going to start but dies, chances are very good that you have a fuel issue.

If you were riding in a wet condition, there are several electrical connections that need to be checked and cleaned. Thereafter, installing a di-electric silicone grease in the connectors will help insure no electrical problems in the future.

Do you have a way of checking the compression?

I dont have a compression tester just yet, but Im beginning to wonder if this may be the Problem..... It is NEVER rode in wet conditions we learned this the hard way with the Kasea,,It dont like water, its had its hole woiring harness changed out because of mud and water, it is mostly run on sand and hard pack....So if the piston gone bad, would it just up and die like that your think? Im going to borrow one from a friend hopefully this week. I hope this is not it cause I was told better plan on about 350.00 to fix It has ran like a champ other than the wiring issue.. It had WELL over 100 hours on it, and when moneypermits was going to ship off to Hetrcks to bore it for racing .Thanks for all the good advice, still learning alot on this il beast... TIna ........

Sounds like it was run too lean and burned a hole in the piston.

. i would If you got gas and spark you may need rings cause with out compression your beat. I would rebiuld the top end. also check the cylinder walls to see if they are scorched. if the are you may have to buy a new cylinder as i think they have a nikoseal bore and cant be bored or honed. When the piston comes out check the bottom ring if thepiston is black below the 2nd ring you need rings. I have done this many times on my sons Dinli 90. Good luck,TEAM BOOGER

The cylinder is simple cast iron. A complete replacement big bore cylinder with piston, rings, and gaskets is about 100 bucks. Simply bolt it on and go. This is cheaper than trying to rebuild anything.
