* Many of the above sell E-Ton parts as their main line or as a Special Order. Call or email each one because many of them don't show their Special Order parts on their web sites.

If you want to slow your E-Ton down, you may want to use its Throttle Control Screw. When your rider is ready for more speed, then turn the Throttle Screw out. Eventually, the Throttle screw can come all the way out. If you are looking for more bottom end power, changing its sprockets in one way...

Also, if you order from the states, be prepared to pay twice for a part (that ships across the US / Alberta border). Good old "no-Duty, + Processing fees, plus shipping, plus taxes" add up very quickly. Your local E-Ton dealer may sell the sprocket(s) you want via Special Order at a less final price.

Hope this helps...

No, Not true. THe Viper uses a 520 chain and the sprocket slips onto a shaft. THe Polaris is a 428 and it is splinded onto a shaft. You can get a set of sprockets for this machine from Hetrick or WRH. If they can't get what you want, then have Michelle at Hetrick call me and I will tell her where to get them. Tommy Richardson

OK, Sorry, you are correct. The POlaris Predator CDI will plug into your E-Ton and make it as slow as a snail.

Tommy,

As a thought, would you recommend NYU remove his E-Ton CDI and replace with a Polaris CDI, instead of changing the chain sprockets??? If so, will his E-Ton CDI (with its green wire cut) fit on an '03 Pred-90 and make it go much faster. Perhaps someone like NYU and a Pred-90 owner, like myself, would want to trade CDIs??? Just an idea that may save 2 different people a few dollars...

Can anyone comment on this idea???
