New to the board. Things look great!
I have an 01 lt80 that my son rides. What is the best approach for getting more HP and performance out of this quad? I have already done the suspension but now need more HP. I want the bike to remain reliable and I understand that mods = Maintenance. Who is doing work on these in So. Cal.? Ant help would be greatly appreciated.

Scott

I am located in OC. This quad is used in Glamis. Do you have a shop?

You need to find a guy named Jack (LT80 on the forums) he is a wizard with the LT80, with the stock carb and exhaust, he can do mods that will almost double your power and speed, I have heard guys on here ready to kiss him after running his modified motors, so if you have time to send or take it to him, you won't be dissapointed.

put the 2 front rollers back in after you drill them out this way it will wear even, do a rear clutch mod, add a 20mm carb, regear, pipe it LRD or fmf works great for the track. PM me and i will help you with the rear clutch mod
