This may have been done a trillion times before, but, I am working on my sons LT80 and will be taking off the oil pump because it seems to put to much oil in the gas. Now at what ratio should I mix the gas/oil? Also, I just wondered where a good place to buy the front clutch rollers and how much to exspect to pay for them?

 

When removing the Oil Injection system, most people start with 32:1, then tweak up/down depending upon the other mods, driving conditions and brand of pre-mix oil they use. The "average" range is between 30:1 - 34:1. Start with 32:1, and read your plug for tweaking up or down. Most remain at 32:1. To read your plug, surf: See pictures Here

I just went through this myself, 32:1 is what I am doing, using polaris gold oil, that should do it, Hey Spike! great link on the spark plugs.
On the rollers i paid 15.00 for a set here,b&c racing I got 4.2 grams and 5.4
