I don't know too much about my girl friend's kid's new atv. It is a 04 Eton viper 90. My brother has a 660R and we have put a pipe, jet kit, air filter on it.....I know quite a bit about the bigger atvs but not this one. I have been reading this fourm and have learned a little though. My question is after the 6 month warranty is up I want to make this viper go faster! I've read that the 50s, 90s, etc. that have the auto oil injection(like my old blaster that blew the motor from not getting enough oil) are crap. Do we need to convert over to premix? He won't be racing or competing, just riding around the yard. What about cutting the rev limiter wire? I need some help on where to start with mods?

Start by bailing the oil injection and premixing. Then get the pipe, jet, air filter and clutch mods all at once, and hold on!
