Default Fading Red

Last year I bought two Kazuma Quads, both red in color,by the end of the summer they were faded so bad that they look pink! I now have two Polaris Scramblers that are red in color, anyone know a trick or something to keep them from fading? Thanks Jim.....

For one thing keep em outta the sun. Also, I'd think the Polaris plastic would be of higher quality, thus less likely to fade quickly, JMHO.

My son's scrammy plastic (red) was pretty dull when we bought it. I used Plexus plastics polish and now it looks brand new.

Foaming tire cleaner works well on plastic to bring back the color and shine. Just spray it on like you do tires, and let it sit for a few minutes. Works pretty good. I heard WD40 would shine it up too, but I haven't personally tried it. It sure cleans the heck out of a stainless sink though, lol!

WD40 works great for taking out scratches.
Just spray, rub in a circular motion with steel wool. (rub easily)
No more scratches
