What kind of age is the quad, has it been setting for awhile, and does it idle fine? Give us a few more details if you could.

Welcome to the forums Mitch.
Did you actually remove the jets when you cleaned the carb? Sometimed that makes the difference. Does it seem to have good compression?
All in all, I'm thinking the clutchs need serviced.
Keep us informed of the progress please

Check the air cleaner, maybe it needs a good cleaning and a oil bath. After you wash the air cleaner with a soapy water gently rince and ring out gently, let it air dry in a clean place, then
let it soak up some filter oil and gently work that in and give that a try. Hope that helps!!

Your problem sounds like the one I had with my son's LT 80. I did the same things you did and nothing worked. The problem with mine was the diaphram on the petcock was getting stuck. Put a Banshee petcock on it and it solved the problem.
