We just installed a 70cc kit on our Sons Eton Viper 50 today and just learned that the Jets and pilots are BIGGER than the ones on the Kasea 90?!!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] Were also having troubles finding jets to go in it(the ones we hadleft over fro mthe Kasea dont fit right too small) also the ones we have from the Kasea wont fit so were on a mission to find jets that will work...Does ANYONE have a clue where to start on jetting.???? Are yall using the stock carb or a different size one?

 

Yes,its the stock carb........But His 50 Carb is a 18 and the Kasea Stock Carb 16(at least.....Thats what we are told) We were told the Etons come with the 18......

 

I was gonna say MXMIKE has the 70 kit but they have a 20mm carb on theirs. Might pm him and see if he tried it with the stock carb.
