I've got a scramblr 90 for my daughter and I hooked up a small headlight and taillight on it. Well as you can guess the battery does'nt last to long. It's alittle thing, and I'm wondering if there is a better one for it that will fit in the same space?

Not too sure if there is a heavy duty battery for the Scrambler 90. Even if you did install a heavy duty battery, you may still have the same "dead battery" problem. On the Sportsman & Predator 90, their stator system outputs 70 watts (at max RPM). If you divide by 1/2, its charging system can support a 35 watt bulb and have some left over to charge its battery. As a suggestion, you may want to decrease the wattage in your customized front light to a 20 to 35 watt bulb. On our Pred-90, we have a 35 watt bulb. Our 35 watt bulb allows our unit to hold a charge and lights our trail (daytime running lights & the odd time we get caught in the dark) at the same time.
Hope this 20-35 watt bulb idea helps on your Scrambler.
