I am trying to figure out how to adjust idle speed and / or mixture on an 88 (i think, may be an 87) Moto 4 100cc. I can find only one adjustment screw in the side of the carb but it does not seem to do much for the idle quality. It has little effect unless the screw is backed all the way out or all the way in. Is there another idle adjustment? Thanks
