SCRAMBLER 50 NO SPARK?

Default SCRAMBLER 50 NO SPARK?
Scrambler wont crank. It appears it is not getting any spark when I pull the plug it is soaked. I changed the plug, but no luck. Does anyone have any idea where I should start or what the problem may be.
