My son rides an 2002 eton 90 thunder Does anybody know what make carb is on it I picked up jets for a mikuni carb thats what is on viper , jets are not the same must be a differant make Kiehan maybe? any ideas Thanks to all !!

 

My understanding is it's a Mikuni clone. You might consider some micro drill bits and drilling the main out. What else are you doing to it?

ps, I'd go rich on the clip, drill it out until it falls on it's face, then lean the needle back out.

 

we did a D&D pipe, some clutch work , ported and polished cylinder now I need to play with jetting

 

I've heard people have trouble with jetting the stock carb with those type of mods. You should consider a 20mm carb. You wouldn't regret it. That's the first thing I'd replace looking back.

If you choose to keep the stock, you may have to drill out the jet seat too. I never could find replacement jets, but I have heard of people going too big, soldering the jet closed and drilling again. Good luck!

 

I got jets for mine from my Polaris dealer. It has the same carb as the Predator 90 of the same year. Just get the jets for a Predator and you'll be fine.
