2002 eton thunder ?
I've heard people have trouble with jetting the stock carb with those type of mods. You should consider a 20mm carb. You wouldn't regret it. That's the first thing I'd replace looking back.
If you choose to keep the stock, you may have to drill out the jet seat too. I never could find replacement jets, but I have heard of people going too big, soldering the jet closed and drilling again. Good luck!
