stinkystarfish,

Appears to be very little experienced E-Ton 70 folks on this forum. I'll try to help....

I don't have experienced with the E-Ton 70 brand. As a suggestion, you may want to contact the following to inquire if they have performance upgrade parts / bundles for the 70:

http://www.atv-kids.com
http://www.wrhracing.com
http://www.dirtrides.com
http://www.miniquadracing.com
http://www.trinityracing.com
http://www.hi-pointmotorsports.com
http://www.hetrickracing.com
http://www.miniatvparts.com
http://www.bncracing.com
http://www.hardrockmotorsports.com
http://www.magicracing.com/index1.cfm
http://www.robbsracingengines.com/PAGE2
http://www.rockymountainatv.com
http://www.moto-man.com/atv.pg
http://www.cyclecost.com -> ATV section
http://www.jlatvproducts.com/catalog/index.htm

Note: You may have to call or email each of the above. Most don't list their complete line of upgrade parts on their web sites.

-----------------------

As for the E-Ton brand, I hear & see they have an excellent brand. Many love their 90 and 90R minis. I'm not too sure how reliable their 70 cc brand is. Perhaps its the same frame / controls as the 90 except a smaller head on its engine? If it is, you should be able to upgrade its head to a 90cc in the future. Something to ask the dealers when you contact them.

Hope this helps....

.

Hey WetWipeUrStarfish where U find the Etons at? I know Renton Motorcycle Works (not RMC) has LEM's which are easily modded and Green River Cycles has Kasea's. Hope that helps some.

If by "hopping it up" you mean engine mods to give it more power why not just start out with a 90 and keep it stock? If your talking suspension I understand

Judging by the other post, I think the child is wanting to race? I would contact a builder.

if your thinking of going with the 70 because of the size just skip it and go with a 90
and if your going to go racing and trail riding i would suggest a Kasea or LRX
we have has a lot of good luck with this bike
my son has been riding and racing it for 3 years and there is alot of people that have done wonders with aftermarket products

the kasea/lrx has nothing on the eton. the etons are good quads and you can get any aftermarket part you want for them. my sons is a 99 model and he has raced it for 2 years now. wrh racing can do wonders for your eton and has any aftermarket part you may need.

no need for a FORD v Chevy here Mark
but look at whats out there out of the top 5 racers to finish the ATVA NATIONALS in GNC 4 of them Kasea's
and the other was a honda i never said that another bike were no good so go out and really take a look at the bikes
as far as making the motor a runner most all of these (polaris, kasea/ LRX, Eton ) bikes can be made to go fast
WRH can make the Eton a racer that seems to be there choice and as for mine its the Kasea

wasnt making it a ford vs chevy, didnt put the kasea down but the man did ask about eton. actually billy's boy runs predators, mine runs the eton. all these minis can be made to be fast, since the motors are so much alike. but since you brought the nationals up, you are right there are a lot of kaseas and not many etons, not sure why its not because the eton wont run with the kasea as my boy proved that at lorettas with his huge holeshot on many kaseas and the honda you speak of. granted after the holeshot he fell back through the pack quickly but that was not due to the quad being an eton but more to the 3 hours he spent at the em room after a shifter mini slammed him in practiced and flipped the quad over on him.
