Seriously, buy a dirt bike if you can't get larger than a 90cc. You are too big for mini.
Maybe a crf150f?

Stock 90 isn't going through much mud, over rough terrain or going to pull a deer out of the sticks.

I object. I have rode my daughters 90cc sportsman out of the trails 30+ miles many times and I weigh over 200 pounds and I'm 6 feet tall.
It was not uncommon that we would end up going further than she could ride and she would ride out with mom on our two up. There was a time I thought it would be more fun to have a half dozen 90's that friends and family could zip around on compared to the two $7K
quads. No they dont do deep mud or sand - get over it. For dirt trails they are just fine.
Don't tell me that your two big for a 90cc. They can haul for their size and there are many mods available with wheel extensions, power upgrades and suspension mods. You can build a 90cc that will kick a lot of larger quads butts.
