I am either going to buy a new K&n filter or a new uni filter for my yamoto 150.

WHICH ONE IS BETTER??

What irritates me is!
Those 6-packs work pretty good.

Depends on riding conditions. For mud, water or extreme dust, I'd go Uni. The cotton gauze on K&N can only get wet so many times before it's inaffective. So for water or any condition where it would need frequent cleaning, a Uni should last longer.

For anything else such as hard pack, gravel, rock or sand....I'd go K&N.

I prefer Uni for 2 main reasons, price and ease of maintainence compared to the k&n.
