I thought neon lights would be cool on a quad could this be setup or is it just a stupid idea ?

Would the neon lights be used for underlights or headlights?

 

Last summer, our family attended a large camp. At this camp, they celebrated Christmas during a long weekend. Every ATV, mini tractor, wagon and portable generator was included in their giant parade. Many of the ATVs were decorated with "neon lights" or simular small lights. They started their parade at 1/2 hour before sunset and finished around 10:00 PM. Not too sure if "neon lights" would be practical on a trail mini with lots of mud and bumps but to this day, I'll always remember the beautiful light show during their Christmas parade. A+ show for my many adults. The lighted ATVs were also a big hit with the kids. Pretty cool at night. If you feel "neon lights" might work for you too, then "go fo it!!!". Each of us need to have a little fun in life....

I put a set of lights with normal bulbs under the hood on my zilla. They were blue and looked deadly and when i reved the would glow brighter due to the extra power. But after about a week the just blew, the vibrations were too much. Pity though. I don't know if neons last longer and yes they would be cool.
