Default fmf pipe on 2005 pred 90??
Picked up the pipe ,dealer said it would work. Well it wont work on the 2005 model the shifter is in the way. it is a part # 025018 anyone have this problem?

thats the problem with the new polaris, they all have reverse and most of the pipes will not fit them now. wrh racing has just designed a new pipe for the 05 predator with reverse. you wasnt going to get much of a performance gain with the fmf anyway, they are better than the stock pipe but not by much.

the hetrick pipe is a very good pipe with big perfprmance gains like the wrh but the hetrick pipe will not fit the predator with reverse.

The correct P/N from FMF is 025086. Your dealer is wrong!

Do these aftermarket pipes come equiped with spark arrestors or are they strickly for racing? Does having an arrestor decrease performance?

You can put a Mr. Sparky thing right on the end of it to make it legal.
