Chains

Does anyone know if I can run a 420 chain on 428 sprockets and what is the difference between them.

Not positive but my guess is that the 420 is for .250 thick sprockets, and the 428 is for .312 thick sprockets. Could be wrong though, wouldnt be the first time.
