Check your screen!!!!!!!!
#1
I got a used 02 AC 90 a few months ago. Ran ok when we got it.
Then out of the blue it started to bog down then it would not run at all.
I would start great. Idol great, but would not move at all.
Well after
1.Going to pre mix
2. Playing around with the spark plug.
3. Cleaning the Carb.
Dang thang still would not move.
I called my dealer to tell him I was bringing it in he said, "Check the Screen in the Exhaust pipe"
Uhhh ok....... Well you guessed it. This thing is a rocket out of the whole (with the throttle screw all the way in)
When I first test drove it after cleaning the Screen I had the Throttle screw all the way out I it would lift the front tires up with me on it !!!!!

On the Eton Viper90R there's a allen head that you take out of the muffler and then use pliers to pull out the screen.
I think you can also do the same to the Arctic Cat 90.It's in the muffler(just take the baffle out) Arctic Cat also has a block in the carb and i think it even has a washer in the head pipe where the pipe meets the manifold(restictor)I here taking all this stuff out makes it really move.
Goodluck.....

I have looked at the exploded views of the Cat and compared it to my Kasea. The motor is identical. I see the brass restrictor in the carb and the washer in the exhaust manifold. I wonder about the the screen (guts) of the exhaust pipe though. Guess I'll have to check.
