For a list of trail mods that you may want to apply to your Pred-90, surf: - Press Here for link -
To reduce trail break downs, also clean air filter more often, always grease & check fluids before departing and you may want to replace the Pred-90's weak Swing Arm with a racing quality Swing Arm. I've heard a good quality Swing Arm upgrade is well worth it - especially if doing deep trail riding.
Hope this helps...

Raptor350yamaha,
If you are only going to use your Pred-90 for Technial Type trails (re: hills, lots of up / down dips, tight corners, spin in mud, etc.), you may want to contact Billy Holt @ WRH Racing. I heard his son's Pred-90 used to have a 54mm cylinder / piston upgrade with Peformance Reed block & Performance reeds. With these parts and factory carb with factory pipe configuration, I've been told it has lots of "bull low" power without a screaming loud RPM engine. Or, you could investigate some of his WARP packages. For more details, Billy can be contacted at http://www.wrhracing.net/engine_kits
If your trails are loaded with water / swamp crud, you may have to ditch the Twin Air filter and go with a factory air box with large pipe snorkel. K&N & open Foam filters can't handle too much water.
Hope this helps as well..

For mud / crud trail or "all weather" racers, does your company also make an air filter system that can mounter under the front hood or under the rear seat area?? If I remember correctly, Raymond Hébert @ Hebco <hebco@bellnet.ca> is currently beta testing a custom "under the seat" air box for the 90 minis. To me, that would be a really cool product. Just wondering if you have such a customized product that isn't listed on your site??
thanks.

I take that back. D&D's looks better. And it doesn't have anything on Billy's.
My advice would be to look at credentials before you buy.
