I ordered 2 ATV's from them. 55 and the Raven 110. Ordered at the end of June. Paid by credit card July 4 in full. 4 emails later delivered yesterday (8 weeks to deliver). Shipping was from TX (another company is listed) The 110 was delivered missing at least 8 bolts, and oh yeah a tire. Reflectors were broken. The 55? Opened just the back of the box. Axle is bent 1/4 of an inch. Talk about a disappointed 6 yr old. I didn't even open the rest of the box. Oh and there is no instructions for assembly and yes, you need those. I have a phone call in and 2 emails. Waiting for a call back. I can't believe it. Check out the BBB site. I did to late. Normally I wouldn't have even responded to one of these but my kids are so disappointed. 8 weeks and inoperable equip. Good Luck.

I had great luck with www.1trail.com. Talk to Stephanie, she will hook you up. Also Jim at www.goscooter.com is very helpful.
The wait time at WickedRocket is unreasonable. The Red Cat warehouse is in Texas and most units are in stock.

We have a Turbo 55 atv in our shop right now that a customer had purchased from wicked rocket. He told us it took over seven weeks to get it to him, the plastic was & still is cracked, the mini nurf bar was bent, it wouldn't run. After dozens of attempts to contact them, he ended up bringing it to us(we couldn't get a hold of them either). We couldn't do anything about the cracked plastic, but did get it running after tearing the motor apart(valve had a peice of rubber stuck inside), and bent the bar back to shape. His kid got to run it about an hour after & the left front steering knuckle assembly broke causing his child to roll the bike. He got banged up pretty good. Now it sits in our shop because I can't find the part for it anywhere & the wicked company still doesn't answer the phone, emails or return messages.
I think I would go elsewhere.
Good luck & take care.

I have the 55 Turbo. I'm trying to find the axle for it. Wicked rocket says they are also trying to find the part. I received a certificate of origin when it arrived. It says the model is a Wangli. Wangli has a web sitehttp://www.made-in-china.com. But it also came with a book that says Freedom. If wicked would actually answer my emails I'd know for sure. I also have the Raven 110. Ran for 5 minutes, now starts and as soon as you give it gas it dies. You get what you pay for.

Good luck with the axle, & if I find where to get parts I will let you know. On the 110, you will have to adjust the air & fuel mixture screws to get it running again. Most Chinese bikes are tested overseas at a different altittude & sometimes have to be re-adjusted for where you are at. Another thing is that the float may be stuck inside the carb. Just take it apart, clean it out & put it back together. It's the simple stuff that keeps me in business.

Wicked Rocket says 55 is made by Fuxin if this helps. They can't find parts so good luck. Any suggestions on how to get the 55 to go up a hill? The screw on the throttle is all the way out. Has no power. Thanks for any help.
