Hi,
My daughter has a brand new 50cc ATV. The only problem we had was that it lacked power going up hills. WELL...she got off of it and now it will not start back! It is deader than a doornob. The lights will not come on and it will not crank or anything. We tried to charge the battery with the charger it came with and both the red and green lights are on so I assume it is charged. PLEASE HELP US!

HMMM, maybe take it back to dealer??

 

Try a different battery from a lawn mower or something. Could still be a bad battery. Or possible a fuse?

 

Be sure you have the brake engaged if necessary and check the tethers if equiped. Make sure the plug wire is on good. Then start checking for continuity on the ignition and kill switches.
