Kaz 110 chain adjustment

Kaz 110 chain adjustment
o.k. unless I'm crazy I can find nothing that will adjust this. Is this a case where i read a few of you had to mod a tensioner for it? I think that was on an 80 I was reading. Thanks again for all help.
