Positive Camber correction?
#1
I was mistaken in an earlier post, I don't seem to have a TOE problem but I do have a slight camber issue. My sons Eton 90 seems to have slight positive camber which worries me because most of his riding/racing will be flat track. I understand the camber will change when the suspension in compressed but my son only weighs 50 pounds and does'nt seem to have much effect on the suspension.
Could lowering the ride height correct this?

Most A Arm manufacture's do this because of motocross jumps. If you have a welder or access to one... you can simply cut off the shockmount on the A Arm and move it slightly out to get the extended ride height height you want. An easy cheap thing to do is to compress the suspension with tie down straps to limit the amount of extended ride height you get. You can actually induce negative camber and even offset the bike for left or right turns depending on the track. Just rember to recheck the toe of the bike because it will probably change a little.

I'm wondering if Elka made the shock a tad too long, or maybe you can adjust the shock height.
I'm taking it for granted that you have stock a-arms.
I see minis at the nationals that have this problem, cept WORSE but they have aftermarket arms. I wouldn't let my kid out on a track like that. Like you said, especially for flat track.
