Default Tiawanese 300cc atv

i am interested in a 300cc tiawanese quad. it has a suzuki engine. the dealer tells me it is tiawanese, but i am waiting to see the name of the manufacturer. Does anyone have any view on this???????????

i've seen a bunch at the indy dealer show last winter and a handfull since, and imho they're crap, even for the two thousand dollars they want for a brand new quad. the pictures don't do them justice, don't waste your money. you'd be WAY better off buying a 5 or 10 year old 300ex honda or 250x, or lakota, trail blazer, or mohave, etc for the same price. you'd get twice the performance, easy to find parts, and legendary reliability (at least with the hondas!).

kids quads are one thing - it's a niche market. but there's plenty of used big-4 quads out there. maybe once the chinese/tiawanese factories get the kids machines figured out, they might eventually build a quad that a grown-up can abuse routinely. but until then, buy wisely.

I agrea with GEO i've been out two indy the last two years there is alot of china & taw. co. out to get in the us market i've been a eton dealer for three years they are the best in the industry for youth bikes but i just recently brought on Kymco they are becoming the next big player slowly IMO.
