Best ride for girls

I took my neices for a ride on my KQ this weekend,and they are now begging their Dad for a Quad! What is a good brand for kids(girls) for riding in their yards and not very fast?... Any help?

What age, weight, size and hight? Cant rec a 50cc atv for a 12yo or 125cc for a 5yo.
