Deciding on which LEM to get
Hi everyone and thanks in advance for any advice. I have been deadset on a LEM for my son and have heard lots about them pushing both sides of the fence. What Im wanting to do is race, as well as trail ride. I have heard that these are not the best for trail riding at all. I have since found a 2002 stock Liquid cooled cayman with around 8hp bone stock and a CVT(which i guess is a belt like the Kasea). I was told this would be by far the best bet for trails as well as local racing.
This one I can pick up for $1200
There is a 2003 with ported/polished head, 3 shoe clutch, gussetted frame, hydraulic brake that comes with a brand new stock S6 motor in the crate, every sprocket they make, chains to match, tons of spare parts and a full set of almost brand new riding gear for $1500 and he is willing to pay for half of the shipping.
Also a bone stock 2003 for $1000
And finally, a stock 1999 for $400
Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Corey
