i'm thinking of ordering a mini 90cc from raceway, what i like to know is how long did it take to received it after the order been placed, also did it run after getting it, if you had problems did raceway help out , how's their customer service? what size atv did you buy from them, tell me everything good and bad about the experience, thanks

Many here have bought from Raceway. John is great to deal with. Customer service is great. I have 2 from him and have had no problems. After the order was placed it took about 7days and it was here. He has parts and is an actual dealer not a mail order dealer. He can help you out and does not give an attitude like others do. I needed light bulbs for the headlights and could not find them any where . I called him and I had them within 3 days. These atv's require extra attension when puting them together. They require a little more maintenance but are great for the money and will last a long time if kept up on. The suspension is hard, the tires are stiff but most kids dont care. Make sure you change the oil when you get it. Do not run it with the shipping oil. I bought new name brand tires ($130 Fox A/T) and it made a world of difference. My son loves his. They have been trouble free for about a year now.

 

We just ordered 2 mini 90cc last night from raceway. We were also considering getting the Odyssey SE 403 from familygocarts.com but after much online reading decided to go with raceway because of what we have read in regards their customer service satisfaction and the fact that they have replacement parts and have been in the atv business for 10yrs. We are completely new to ATVs and will be requiring allot of information from raceway and this forum. I hope I can add a positive comment when our new quads arrive. We can't wait to see our kids faces on Christmas morning if we can keep it a secret till then. Any advice will be welcome!

 

Thats a great thing about these forums. You can get information on just about any atv and company that carries atv's. Will be glad to help in any way and good luck.

i wish i would have bought from a good dealer, man have i ever been on my own, here lots of good things about raceway and will by my parts from them.
