Default KAZOOMA - 110 Baby Falcon???????

Hi guys,

Great website!! I am looking to pull the trigger on a Kazuma Baby Falcon 110. The only thing I see being a somewhat concern is the braking ability of these things. I see they only have a foot brake and no hand levers. Should this be a concern? How functional are the drum brakes? Is there a kit that would allow me to add hand brakes?

Thanks much!

The baby falcon has front drum brakes that are hand operated on the right side & it has a rear drum brake that is foot operated.
For better stopping power I would see if there is a kit to convert the rear to hydralic disc which is the best stopping power you can get & would be a big difference, ecspecially in wet & muddy conditions. My daughters 110 Longchang has hydralic rear disc & it will lock up on command in all condisions

Thanks Poe,

This whole potential purchase came at me very quick and I did not have much time to do any research, at least as much as I wanted to. Was told about the deal late yesterday and had to make my decision by this morning. After I posted this original message I did more searching and did notice that the baby had the front brake lever.

Just made the call to order one - hope it's a decent package!?! Seems like some people on here don't think it's worth a nickle and others claim it's a pretty decent vehicle!?! For the price, I can't see going wrong and feel it's worth the chance. We got a large "group-buy" discounted price so I ended up paying $700 for a brand new Baby Falcon 110. Thought that seemd pretty reasonable????

Thanks again for the reply!

If that is including shipping, then that is a very good deal & cheaper then I got mine when I bought 3.Im curious how many you guys got & were from.
The drum brakes should work fine for yard & trail riding.
If you have to assemble it make sure & do lots of reading on here first & ask when in doubt.

We had 6 people make a group order all ranging between the 50 and 110 Falcon. No cost for shipping - we are driving 2 hours to pick them up ourselves. Downside is that we will be putting them together ourselves as well!!!

I didn't actually talk to the dealer myself much, but my friend who set this whole group thing up said that the dealer typically sells them (110 baby) for about $975. That is completely set up and ready to ride.
