We bought this for my son for Christmas and having trouble changing the oil. The bolt that the manual says should drain the oil is almost impossible to get to. There are two bolts ...one is easy to get to but everything we've read says this is not it...that it's the one impossible to get to. Any suggestions on what to do? We are panicking because we don't have a dealer close by.

 

Like you said there are two bolts. One has a 14mm (I think) head and is angled directly above the frame rail. That is NOT it.

The other bolt has a 17mm head and is flat on the block. That's the one.
