ANybody heard of Giovanni ATV's 50CC
#1
I have ordered one for my 4.5yr old. I have also ordered a Kazuma 50CC. I was thinking about testing both of these ATV's and keeping the one I like the best and re-selling the other.
Please give me some of your opinions on these two ATV's.
Here is the Link for the Giovanni ATV. The site says they have Honda engines, do you think this is bull?

Thanks for all of your help!

I have been on these forums along time and I never heard of them. Sounds nice but would you have customer support after the sale? I can tell you that they are exactly the same atv that raceway has. The xl50 to be exact. They are NOT Honda OEM motors. They are Honda clones. The add is just a bunch of BS. Look at the one on Raceway. If this is what you want then talk to John at Raceway. He has great customer support.

Thanks for your help! Unfortunately I have already ordered it through Giovanni. I tried to order through Raceway, but they were sold out and I need it before Christmas for my son!
A friend of mine might be buying one after he checks out my son's and I will be sure to have him call John at Raceway.

I hope you have good luck with it. If it is the same thing as Raceways xl50 I hear that they have been great. No complaints from anyone. He has been selling the crap out of those.

After looking at the Giovanni ATV closer, it does not look to be the same as the Raceway XL. The Giovanni is fully automatic and measures longer and wider than the XL by Raceway.
Wish I knew who the manufacturer was.
Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to the forum Rookie123, I have never heard of the "legendary" Giovanni quads either. and with claims like "HONDA OEM Engine with high grade aluminum block." and " GIOVANNI bikes are the fastest, best, bikes on the planet." Id be a little concerned. They may be a good chinese quad and they may not. It sounds like a lot of hype to me but you never know. It will be interesting to hear your review of these quads because the price is definitely reasonable. I also agree with 2manytoys opinion of John at Raceway. Hes seriously trying to make a good name for chinese ohv's

If you read that ad...it also states it has a cetrifugal clutch.....like the TRX 90. The clutch disengages when the shift lever is moved. It's not a belt driven tranny or such to be fully automatic. You can do like I did with my 7 year olds Trx90, put the thing in 2nd gear and let 'em ride, although in 2 months, my son has learned to shift his.
There is only a 30 day warranty on the machine so if it had real Honda OEM engines, the engines alone would carry a 6 month warranty.
