Default Arctic Cat 90 4 stroke.

Anybody take out the clutch spacer and the the carb limiter out of this machine?? Clutch part don't look to tough, but pulling that limiter spring looks like pain. Just curious if this as big of a pain to do as it looks. Also what kind of increases will I see when I take them out. Can I just take out the clutch spacer?? Or do I have to do both??

From what I have read in these forums, you should see a 5-8mph increase just removing the spacer.I don't know about the spring. My arctic cat dealer, removed the carb limiter and the exhaust limiter but left the clutch spacer on my daughters 04 before he even put it put on the showroom floor.I am going to pulling apart the tranny it in a couple of weeks to put a new outer variator face on.Take a look in the thread I started. Also do a search using arctic cat for previous posts about these little quad. It should turn up some good info for you.

Thanks I'll check it out. I'm trying to get 20-25 mph out of it.
