Finally fixed the problem with the engine stalling out when accelerating from an idle with the ngiene warmed up about 20 min. Replaced the CDI and the coil, but now the key or kill switch will not shut off the engine. Does anyone know if these CDIs are standard on all of these Chinese Atvs?

No they are not all standard there is for the most part a different one for the CC range for example 50cc 70cc 90cc 110cc 150cc 250cc etc . You might get two the same but i would try to get the proper one for the bike.
