hi 2boysracing,i was wondering if you could tell me the exact cdi (and where i can pick one up) you put in your ds50.im looking for one that will replace the one i have and still use kill and electric starter.

 

hi fastestdad,you seem to know alot about these little quads.can you give me some advise on some bolt on parts for my2002 ds50.my son wants a faster quad but hes still alittle small so i'd like to keep this 50 and make it alittle faster. id like to put a pipe(what brand?), carb(what brand?).,jets (what size?)reeds,and a cdi that utilizes the starter and kill switch on the quad but i dont know where to start.i'd also like to get some lower profile tires,widen the front and rear for more stabilit.i heard these little quads can really scream if they're set up right.what would you recommend any help would be greatly appreciated.thanks for your help. happy riding...
